If you are not satisfied with the quality, tenderness, or flavor of your order, here’s our promise:
Resolution Options
We will replace any unsatisfactory portion of your order, ensuring you get the quality you deserve.
If a replacement isn’t feasible, we offer a partial refund on the portion of the order you aren’t satisfied with, based on the weight or value of the affected product.
What Our Guarantee Covers
Flavor or tenderness issues related to the product itself.
Processing issues, such as incorrect cuts or packaging problems.
Delivery issues that compromise the condition of your beef (e.g., damage during transit).
How to Claim
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your beef. We’ll work with you personally to resolve the issue and make things right.
Exceptions
On custom processing orders each quarter, half, or full beef order is custom-processed to your specifications, changes to your order after processing begins cannot be accommodated.
Refunds will be limited to the portion of the product that is affected.
We cannot offer refunds for issues related to customer storage errors (e.g., improper freezing or thawing).
